Will i be able to receive a refund? Refunds can be given out within 72 hours of you ordering the product.
If i live in the Virginia area can i pick my order up? Yes, there will be an option at checkout to choose that option.
How long is shipping? Processing and Shipping time all together is 7-10 business days, holidays and weekends not included.
How many bundles should i get? 8"-16" is 2 or more bundles, 18"-22" is 3 or more bundles, 24"-30" is 4 or more bundles, and 32" and longer is 5 or more bundles.
Do you offer transparent and HD lace? No we do not. Our lace is medium brown and blends with many complexions. However, sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on new arrivals.
Where can i see customer photos and reviews? We will soon apply a reviews page but as of right now you can access customer photos by going to our Instagram page @dayashabundles
When can i get the status of my order? You can check the status of your order if it exceeds the processing time. Please do not contact us if you just placed your order, you will not receive a response.
